Love Horses ? You will love Mooloolah, which is sometimes known as Mooloolah Valley.
Another railway town in the Glass House Mountains area, it is somehow different than the others. I guess it might be that it is the furthest from the Glasshouse Mountains but closer to the Blackall Range and Maleny.
It also seems to have more in common with the other nearby areas of Eudlo, Ilkley, Chevallum and Palmwoods than it does with Landsborough, Beerwah, Glass House Mountains, Beerburrum and Peachester.
It is situated to the north of Landsborough, along the main rail line from Brisbane to North Queensland. |

Being the furthest north and therefore a bit away from the Glass House Mountains, it has a different feel about it.
Located in the foot hills of the Blackall Range it has a lot of rainforest areas as well as an abundance of horses.
Supermarkets
There is an Supa IGA - Whites IGA (bigger than a normal IGA) supermarket right in the middle of town, at 4 Jones Street.
